Barre Fitness is an exercise system based on a combination of dance movement, Pilates, cardiovascular exercise and barre work designed to help people increase their fitness and lose weight. These classes are an excellent choice for a fitness activity because they not only strengthen the muscles and tone the body but also develop posture, poise, grace, flexibility, balance, and coordination through dance movements.
Roxanne is an AIDT Associate in Modern Dance. She has a Physiotherapy degree from UCT and she has studied APPI Pilates level 1. She currently practices clinical Physiotherapy and also teaches Modern Dance as well as Ballroom Dancing at DanceCraft Studio.
Time: Mondays at 6pm and Wednesdays at 6pm
Price: R340 per month for 1 class per week, R600 per month for 2 classes per week. The classes are 40 minutes in duration
Please bring a large towel and water bottle to your class.
You can bring your own mat, or our floor mats are available to hire for R10 each. You can try out a class for R50 before you decide to sign up
